What are your favorite hidden gems or underrated features in Bridge? 😲

  I'll bite!  My favorite “hidden gem” is something I learned from Stephanie Kemp on a call just a few weeks ago.  She showed us how to create a field in learners' records that we Admins can maintain manually and it would not be overwritten each night.  From the MANAGE USERS page, we choose ADD VIA CSV and upload a user file that we have manually edited (added a column/field and values).  I use it to generate a SMART group that identifies people who are temporarily on leave and therefore have due dates suspended while they're out of the office.  I do have to update their records when they return but it's a small group and I find it's the easiest way for me to manage this process.
