Could you set up a recurring report to be emailed? 

Yes, you’d simply want to find the report that you want to schedule and set the cadence, who you want to send it to, and which format it should be sent in. 

Is there a filter to show new users in a time period?

Yes, you’d want to look into Usage Metrics to understand the amount of provisioned users in a given time if you’d want to be notified of a new user  if you’d like to get an idea of a general picture, we recommend users.csv from the Data Dump. 

Can you generate a "Master List" of Tags used in the system?

Yes, we like to use the tags.csv file from the data dump, but also recommend the ‘Most Popular Tags and Categories’ widget at the bottom of the Overview tab in Analytics. 

Is there any way to see all of your scheduled reports that are currently running for your account? Is there a way to delete those scheduled reports? 

Yes, we find that the easiest way to see all your scheduled reports that YOU have created is through the meatball menu on top of the Transcript and click “schedule delivery” (whatever you have on the screen will not actually need to be scheduled:

Is Advanced Analytics a feature that needs to be turned on?

No, it is a role that simply needs to be added to any user (even an Account Admin):
