Customized  notifications would be an excellent option.  Unless I'm missing something, I think the only current notification due dates is the weekly email to learners-- the learner digest showing what's coming up in the next 7 days and any overdue items.  The Leader Digest email only added to confusion for our leaders so we disabled it-- it emailed on a manager and direct reports and their direct reports-- so our higher level managers were confused by the notice.  I logged an idea for an option to send only to managers on their direct reports.

Thanks Katie - I just wanted to check there wasn't functionality already in place before I suggested it. Thanks for the heads up on the leader digest - I think we'll leave that one disabled for now then!

I don't believe there have been any updates to the notifications from Bridge Learn since we adopted almost three years ago.

Thanks Amy - that's a shame :( Perhaps if enough of us suggest it, they'll add new functionality...we can only hope :)

On a side note on emails - do trainers get sent a notification when they are added to a live event/session? And are they able to receive an email with delegate details prior to the session running? Sorry if these are really basic questions - I've just inherited Bridge Learn and am getting to grips with what is / is not possible!

    Thanks

Trainers do get emails, which can actually make it confusing. We tend to enroll ourselves in the sessions we're facilitating so we also get emails as enrollees. There is no delegate option. You would need to add the delegate as a trainer. No question is too small!
