I typically use tickets to try and get help for things I am not sure how to do. Is that an appropriate way to use tickets?

Do sub-accounts have the ability to create tickets like the main account?

Yes, users in the sub-account will have the level of permission for support access based on your contract (Admins, Admin + or All User).

How can I, as an admin, tell if a user has opted out to notifications?

Users cannot unsubscribe themselves. The only place with an option for that is the Edit User screen in Admin > Manage users, so an Admin or user with Edit User permissions would have to unsubscribe someone. The users.csv from the data dump has "unsubscribed" in column O and that will indicate a “T” if they are unsubscribed. 

What are the permissions that would be adjusted with the "Limit Manager Permissions" button?

Limiting manager permissions limits all managers ability to author and enroll. We have a comprehensive guide on setting up managers here.

Any possibilities of deleting enrollments in bulk for those who do not finish a program, course, or live session? 

You are able to remove enrollments in mass via csv. There are some specifics on how this affects enrollments based on the learners progress. We have a best practices guide on this here.

How long does an enrollment take to go into expired status?

Enrollment expirations are dependent on the expiration setting on the course. We have a guide on expiration settings here.

How did you get to the data export portion to customize the export?

Follow Admin > Tools > Download all data to get to the data dump.
