The Bridge Mobile App is available for iOS and Android devices. Learners can stay up to date with training and professional development, and collaborate with teams when they’re offline or away from their desks. Managers and Admins can also access learning analytics.
There are several ways to download the mobile app. We recommend downloading it via the app store.
Tip: Need password help? Contact your Bridge Administrator (the person who manages your Bridge account) for support with downloading and signing into the app.
Option 1: Download the Bridge Mobile App From the App Store
Download the app from the Play Store onto an Android mobile or tablet or the Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
Once installed, tap the Bridge LMS icon to open the app, where you’ll be prompted to log in.
Tip: Learn how to get started with the Bridge Mobile App.
Option 2: Open the Bridge Platform on Your Mobile Device
Open the browser on your mobile device and log into your Bridge account. You’ll see a banner at the top of the screen prompting you to download the app.
Click the Get button in the banner, and you’ll be directed to the Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS), where you can install the app.
When you open the app on your device, you’ll be prompted to log in. Your domain URL will already be filled in. Tap Continue to proceed.
Option 3: Scan the QR Code in the Bridge Platform With Your Mobile Device
Log into your Bridge account on your desktop (computer).
Click the cog icon in the bottom-left corner to open Apps & Settings.
Click the Get Bridge Mobile link. You’ll see a QR code. Open the camera on your mobile device, point it at the QR code, then tap the link on your screen.
You’ll be directed to the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS), where you can install the app.
When you open the app, you will see the login page prompting you to enter your domain URL. You don’t have to change anything, as it’s already prefilled. Tap Continue at the bottom of the screen, then finish the sign-in process.
Option 4: Copy the Installation Link
Log into your Bridge account on your desktop (computer) or mobile device.
Go to Apps & Settings in the lower left corner and select Get Bridge Mobile.
At the bottom of the menu, you’ll see a URL with a Copy Link button underneath. The link will have the following format:
https://us-central1-awesome-bridge-mobile.cloudfunctions.net/dynamicLink?link=<your unique link>
Click Copy Link, then paste the URL into an email or SMS to send it to your users.
This link contains your unique Bridge domain (the URL your organization uses to access Bridge). When a user opens the link on their mobile device, they’ll be directed to the Play Store or App Store, where they can install the app.
Option 5: Create Your Own Magic Link
Usually, when you want to sign in to an app, you have to type in a specific company web address (domain) before you can enter your password.
A magic link is a special URL that prefills your company’s Bridge domain, making the sign-in process smoother for employees when they open the app.
Copy the following link into an email or text message and replace “SUBACCOUNT.bridgeapp.com” with your domain:
https://us-central1-awesome-bridge-mobile.cloudfunctions.net/dynamicLink?link=https://SUBACCOUNT.bridgeapp.com.
You’ll find the domain in the address bar when you’re logged into Bridge on your web browser.
Note: This method only works for domains that end with .bridgeapp.com.
Having Trouble Signing In?
Contact your manager or the person at your company responsible for managing Bridge. This is typically someone in your HR or Learning and Development team.
