Bridge Mobile App Guide for Learners (iOS and Android)

Downloading the Bridge Mobile App gives you the freedom to complete training, build skills, and connect with your peers wherever you are.

Getting Started With the Bridge Mobile App

Download the mobile app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), and log in using your Bridge credentials.

The Home Screen

The home screen provides a snapshot of your activity and quick access to key areas:

  • Needs My Attention: Overdue training.
  • Continue Learning: Required training.
  • Journeys: Assigned Journeys.
  • Learn Something New: Recommended content.

Tip: Tap Customize to edit and reorder the widgets on your home screen.

User Settings

Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen to manage your personal preferences in the app. There, you can:

  • View and update your personal details
  • Adjust push notification preferences
  • Set mobile data usage
  • Sync live training with your calendar
  • Sign out of the app

Your User Profile

Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the home screen to view your profile information, including your name, job title, and any additional details set by your organization.

The Navigation Menu

Use the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen to move between different areas of the app.

Note: The layout may vary based on your user role and the features in your company’s Bridge account.

Learning

Tap Learning in the navigation menu to manage your training and find development opportunities. This section is split into the following tabs:

My Learning

You’ll find the following sections:

  • Continue Learning: Resume in-progress items.
  • Needs My Attention: Manage overdue learning.
  • Required: View mandatory learning.
  • Downloaded: Access offline content.
  • Added By: View content you’ve enrolled in.
  • Completed: Review finished learning.

Note: Access to downloaded content must be enabled by your Bridge Admin.

Journeys

View and resume any learning journeys that have been assigned to you.

Learning Library

You can use the learning library to browse and enroll in available learning content.

Agendas

Tap Agendas in the navigation bar to access the following:

1on1s

Review existing meeting agenda items between you and your manager, and add new items for discussion.

Group Agendas

See your shared team agendas and add items to the conversation.

Note: This feature requires access to Bridge Full Suite. Depending on your organization’s subscription, your view may differ.

People

Tap People in the navigation menu. There, you can:

View Your User Profile

Your profile is also visible within the directory via the People menu in the navigation. Tap it to view your profile information.

View a User’s Details

Tap on a user’s name in the results to open their profile. From here, you can access the following: 

  • Personal information, including name, job title, and profile picture.
  • Team members. Tap a user under the Team section to navigate between profiles.
  • If you have a shared agenda with the user, you can tap View 1on1 or Invite to 1on1 to start a conversation.
  • Tap the mail icon in the top right corner to contact the user.

Note: Managers and Admins can view additional insights by navigating to the Learning tab.

View a User’s Skills Profile

Depending on your organization’s setup, user profiles may also include the following skills information:

  • Skills I Have: Skills the user has added or been validated on
  • Skills I Want to Develop: Skills the user is working towards
  • Interests: Free-text entries that help build connections between peers

Tip: Log into Bridge on a desktop device to manage your profile and add skills.

Notes:

  • Skills features require access to Bridge Talent Suite. Depending on your organization’s Bridge package, your setup may look different.
  • The directory must be enabled for your organization to use this feature.
