Getting Started With the Bridge Mobile App
- Download the Bridge mobile app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Log in using your Bridge credentials
3. You’ll land on the Home screen
Note: Functionality is the same on Android and iOS, with minor layout differences depending on your device.
1. Home
The Home screen provides a snapshot of your activity and quick access to key features. From the home screen, you can:
- View assigned and recent learning
- Access shortcuts to key areas
- Stay up to date with your team and access learning analytics
Note: The app language matches your device’s language settings.
Push Notifications
Enable push notifications from the home screen or the user settings menu to stay up to date with real-time updates:
- Learning assignments
- Approvals
- 1:1 activity
2. Learning
Your learning is broken into the following three tabs within the app:
My Learning
View and manage your content:
- My Learning / Continue Learning: Resume in-progress items.
- Required: View mandatory learning assignments.
- Downloaded: Access offline content.
- Added By: Explore content you added from the Learning Library.
- Completed: Review finished courses.
Journeys
Enroll in assigned learning pathways and resume in-progress items.
Learning Library
Browse your organization’s available learning content:
- Search and enroll in content.
- Access your learning items.
- Assign content to team members (if enabled).
3. Agendas
Navigate to Agendas to access individual and shared team agendas.
1:1 Agendas
Manage your meeting content:
- Add and review talking points.
- Track notes and outcomes.
- Prepare for upcoming meetings.
4. People
View and manage your team using the following two tabs:
- Profile: Access employee profiles.
- Learnings: Review learner activity and progress.
5. Analytics
View team-wide learning analytics for insight into:
- Overdue learners
- Completion rates
- Live training and program status
- Time spent on courses
6. User Settings
Access your settings in the top right corner to manage your account preferences:
- View and update personal details
- Adjust notification preferences
- Manage app settings
7. Your Profile
Tap your profile icon in the top left-hand corner to view your personal profile and activity:
- Track your own learning
- Review completed and assigned items
