Yes, that field is updated manually once the 30-day period ends.

Do you allow others to author courses in Bridge?

Yes, but authoring access is limited to a small group of trusted content creators to maintain quality and consistency.

With multiple brands, did you consider using Subaccounts?

Yes, they considered it but ultimately decided not to use Subaccounts for their setup.

How are you using Checkpoints?

They use Checkpoints to pause a learner’s progress until they're ready to release the next set of information — a great way to manage staged or gated learning.

Why did you choose Journeys instead of just using Courses?

They use Journeys for new hire onboarding because it allows them to assign a complete package of training more easily. It also improves reporting by tracking a single Journey instead of multiple individual courses. Additionally, they’ve structured it so that completing certain courses unlocks the next ones.
