What happens after I make a submission? These ideas and feature requests are continually monitored and help inform changes and enhancements that we put on our Product Roadmap. You can find a library of the features that we've released historically here. 

Perhaps you use Journeys in Bridge? This feature is a great example of an idea that was brought to life after a high volume of continuous feedback from our customers! In the past we received steady feedback about additional features that our clients wanted to see in Programs. Those ideas and suggestions heavily influenced Journeys as you know them today. 

We aren't able to guarantee that every idea or suggestion will be implemented, but we do our best to read through every single message (they actually feed into one of our most popular company Slack channels!) and collect like-minded items to drive our enhancement priorities. Occasionally a Bridge team member will reach out for clarification as well because this information helps shape the projects that we'll take on in future quarters.
