Welcome to Bridge! Inside, you’ll find all the tools you need to support your learning and career development.
Read on or take an interactive tour to familiarize yourself with the layout and navigation of Bridge Talent Suite.

Use the training calendar to explore the live, instructor-led training sessions available to you. There, you can register for training and find details about sessions you’ve previously enrolled in.
My Profile
Your profile is the foundation of your experience in Bridge, helping you personalize your development journey based on your goals.
Go to Me > My Profile, then click Edit Profile to add basic information, such as your profile picture and a description.
You can also add the following information, either by accepting the suggestions populated in Bridge, or using the free text search bar to select:
- The skills you currently have
- The ones you want to develop
- Those you’re willing to help someone else develop
Adding the skills you want to develop will provide you with personalized learning and development recommendations in Bridge, and connect you with anyone in your company who’s willing to be a mentor.
If you choose to help others with a skill, they'll see you're available as a potential mentor.
Feedback
Navigate to Me > Feedback to request skills feedback or start-stop-continue feedback from peers and managers within your organization.
Skills feedback helps you visualize your current proficiency in the skills you need to perform your role.
Start-stop-continue feedback, on the other hand, is based on three questions: what should I start doing, what should I stop doing, and what should I continue doing?
Click Request Feedback, then follow the on-screen prompts.
Tip: Read our guide, ‘How Do I Request Feedback as an Employee?’ to learn more.
Development Plan
Your development plan helps you focus on up to three skills you want to develop.
Go to Me > Development Plan to see any existing skills you’re working on, and add a new one.
To get started, use the free text search bar to search for a skill, then add:
- Your success criteria
- New or existing goals
- Tasks
- Learning items
Tip: Read ‘Career Development Plans in Bridge: A Guide for Employees,’ for a detailed walkthrough.
