The AI assistant gives Account Admins real-time answers to questions drawn from Bridge technical documentation and guidance.
Follow the five steps below to get accurate answers and help shape the assistant during the beta.
Note: We want your opinion! Every response includes quick feedback ratings that go straight to our product team, and we’ll also collect your feedback through a form. Please share your input and help shape the future development roadmap.
Before You Begin
- This feature is available to Account Admins and Subaccount Admins.
- The assistant draws on Bridge's English documentation. It may sometimes reply in other languages, but it supports accurate answers only in English.
- You can't turn the assistant on for a single subaccount. When it's enabled on an account, every associated subaccount admin gets it too.
Note: This feature is currently in beta. Fill out this form to register your interest.
Getting Started With the AI Assistant
1. Open the Assistant in Your Bridge Account
When you log into Bridge, you’ll see the AI Assistant icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Click the icon to open the chat. It's designed so it never covers key account controls or primary action buttons, so you can keep it open while you work.
2. Ask Your Question in Plain Language
Select a commonly asked question or type your own into the textbox. To get accurate and useful answers, keep your questions clear and specific. For example:
- How do I create a course?
- What’s the difference between a program and a journey?
- What data can I download from my Bridge account?
Hit Enter or click the arrow to send your message.
3. Check the Sources and Ask Follow-Up Questions
Each answer includes inline citations that link to the full documentation articles. Open an article to verify an answer or read more detail. If the assistant can't find an answer in official documentation, it will tell you. You can ask follow-up questions in the chat to add more detail or get more information.
4. Keep Working Across Pages
The assistant window stays open while you work in Bridge. To close the chat, click the arrow in the top right corner of the chat window.
You can also access and continue your recent conversations by clicking the icon in the top left corner of the chat window.
5. Rate Your Answer
Use the thumbs-up or thumbs-down option to rate your answer, and leave a comment to provide feedback. Every rating and comment goes directly to the Bridge product engineering team and helps perfect the product.
