Varied Due Dates
I’m hoping you can assist me with a problem I’m having with Bridge.
If I set an actual due date on a course for “all employees”, of say April 1, 2024, all current employees receive that due date.
If a new hire comes in on June 1, 2024, the course is assigned to that employee, but the due date shows April 1st and the new employee is reported as past due. I know I can also have the due dates be “due within ____ days”, but that doesn't work either, as we need our employees to have at least 30 days to complete or the end of the next month. So if I assigned a course today, the 18th, the employee would have until February 29th to complete the course.
Other than my going in to every new hire and manually adjusting the due dates for every course assigned them, can you suggest a way to create multiple due dates?

Check if Bridge supports dynamic due dates based on the employee’s start date. Some Learning Management Systems (LMS) have features that automatically adjust due dates according to the employee’s onboarding date.
