We know how frustrating it can be when your learners are all set to dive into a course, but then - bam- login issues. Here are a few tips to help the most common login hiccups.
Essential Tips
- Are your learners logging into the correct URL? Have them bookmark your dedicated bridgeapp.com domain! (This is especially important if you have a vanity URL). Make this a part of your onboarding process, post the URL on your company’s intranet or internal communication platform, and regularly remind learners through quarterly emails.
- Do learners know which UID (also known as a Login ID) they’re logging in with? Is it their employee number, email, or something else? (We recommend NOT using spaces in the UID, as spaces are seen as characters). Be sure to remind them regularly about how to login.
- If learners request a password reset, remind them to check their email’s junk folder. Did you know that you can set password requirements as an admin on the ‘Account Setting’ page?
- If the name or domains of your organization has recently changed, check out this fantastic resource. Make sure you take the right steps if your company has a new name, email domain or if you have some people who need to change their UID/Login ID.
Pro Tips
