You can download a zip file that contains CSV files of all account data from the account. For details about export data, see the Data Export Reference Guide.
• Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
• Data Dump must be enabled for the account. Please contact Bridge Support for help with setup.
• If your account uses Performance those files are automatically exported with ever data dump created.
• This feature is not available in Bridge for Teams accounts.
Open Admin Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Admin icon Then, click the Tools option. In the Tools menu, click the Download All Data link.
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
Before creating a Data Dump export you can select the various files that you would like to include in the export; all files are selected by default. There is an option for Select All and Select None to help make your selection easier.
Once you've selected the files you'd like to include you will want to hit the Generate Export button.
View Data Exports Status
The status will display as pending once the export begins. The date and time of the export is also displayed and will be automatically updated each time a new data export is created.
Note: The export can be cancelled at any time by clicking the Cancel button.
Once the download is complete, click the Download button to begin downloading the account data.

A zip file of CSV files containing all account data will be downloaded. The data included in the export can include everything from attachment information to user visits within your account.
