What can I use my hours for? 

Hours can be used for a variety of initiatives, including:

  • Strategic support: Custom dashboard creation and strategic curriculum delivery consultation.

How do I request the On-Demand Consulting package?

Reach out to your Account Manager to get the conversation started about your needs and handle the consulting agreement. Once your consulting hours are activated, you can simply submit a ticket, and our professional services team will collaborate with you to get the work started.

Do hours roll over? 

No, the 10 hours are provided annually and do not roll over to the next contract year.

How is usage tracked? 

Your Account Manager or the Professional Services team can answer any questions about remaining consulting hours.

What is the difference between standard support and the On-Demand Consulting package?

Standard support is included with all Bridge contracts and offers admins access to our 24/7 support, where you can ask how-to questions and verify that Bridge is working as expected. We also have weekly customer success office hours and product workshops to get advice and best practices from Bridge experts.

Bridge On-Demand Consulting is designed for more hands-on custom projects like performing bulk data updates, building custom reports, or providing strategic advice on how to structure your specific HRIS integration.

Can I use these hours for a one-time large project?

Yes! If you have a large project (like a massive cleanup of user IDs), you can use your hours for that. If a project looks like it will exceed your 10-hour balance, we’ll let you know upfront so we can discuss the best way to move forward.

Can I buy more hours if I run out mid-year?

Absolutely. If you find your team is getting a ton of value from the service and you run out of hours, you can purchase additional 10-hour blocks through your Account Manager.

Who actually performs the work?

You’ll be working with our Senior Technical Consultants and subject matter experts. They know the back end of the Bridge platform inside and out.

Can we use these hours for custom development work or new product features?

While we can provide expert guidance on technical topics such as using our APIs and webhooks, these hours are not intended for custom software development or for changing the core Bridge source code. Please reach out to your Account Manager so we can learn more about your needs. We're here to help you maximize what Bridge can already do!
